Silia Stamatiadis (going by the mononym “Silia”) is a music composer and producer based in Greece.
Born on August 9th 2006, Silia debuted at the ripe age of 12 years with “The Potato Song” (2019), a novelty song released exclusively on YouTube alongside a music video. Since then, she has made several other releases: a string of singles, the albums “Computer Generated Noise” (2022) and “Φαντασματικό Φάντασμα” (2023), as well as the newly landed LP “The Forbidden Resort Chronicles” (2025), featuring the smash hit “Imaginary Companionship”.
Silia’s music has been met with questionable-to-moderate success, and has received recognition – both positive and negative – within some small online communities. The songstress’ work has been subject to criticism on multiple occasions, however, that is no discouragement for the music-producing youth, who has set out to noise-pollute the entire planet by 2030 at the latest. ~ Hugh Jass
